Why submit a poster?
Join us for an enriching experience at our poster sessions where you can engage in meaningful exchanges of novel insights with your colleagues. Displaying your research through a poster offers an excellent avenue to not only present your work but also stimulate discussions, ignite engaging debates, and shed light on vital industry concerns.
Who can join?
This activation is designed for drug developers, academics, and clinicians, providing you with a unique opportunity to spotlight your research efforts.
There’s no additional change to submit a poster, but you must be registered as an attendee. If you haven’t already, take a look at our registration packages for you and your team.
How do I submit a poster?
To submit a poster, get in touch. All submissions should be sent across by 10th November. Please note the poster(s) must not be used for sales or marketing purposes.
Make sure you include the following information:
1. First and second name
2. Job title and organization
3. Contact number
4. Poster title (100 characters max)
5. Poster author and affiliations
6. Poster abstract (600 characters max)
Your application will be reviewed by a member of the conference team, and we’ll be in touch if your submission is successful.
